Stars Cap Tracker

With the re-signing of restricted free agent Jamie Oleksiak to a one-year, $964,688 contract, the Stars have gone a little more than $350,000 over the salary cap based on a possible roster for next season. It’s not an issue right now. With Julius Honka added into the mix, that roster includes nine defensemen, a number which will have to be cut down prior to the regular season.

Here’s the where the Stars stand now. Numbers are from capfriendly.com and the Stars.
