Five Stars prospects headed to World Junior Summer Showcase

Five Dallas Stars prospects will take part in the 2017 World Junior Summer Showcase, which will be held July 29-August 5 in Plymouth, Michigan. Teams from the USA, Canada, Finland, and Sweden will take part in the event, which involves top under-20 players auditioning for spots at the 2018 World Junior Championship in Buffalo.

The Stars prospects skating in the World Junior Summer Showcase are: Miro Heiskanen (Finland), Riley Tufte (USA), Jake Oettinger (USA), Jason Robertson (USA), and Fredrik Karlstrom (Sweden). Heiskanen, Oettinger, and Karlstrom all took part in the 2017 World Junior Championship.
